Fred Voccola

Fred Voccola is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as CEO of Kaseya since 2015, a leader in AI-powered IT and Cybersecurity Management Software. Voccola has held various independent board member positions, including at Anima Biotech, which specializes in AI solutions for the Pharma and Biotech industries, and at MemberClicks, which provides membership management software, where a successful exit occurred through a sale in 2020. Further notable roles include board memberships at ClubReady, LLC and BoardEffect, both of which achieved successful sales, as well as previous leadership positions at Yodle and Nolio, Inc. Additionally, Voccola co-founded FGI Risk Services and Identify Software, the latter being a pioneer in application performance management software. Voccola holds a BS in Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
