Chatka Ruggiero

Chatka Ruggiero has an extensive background in both nonprofit and real estate sectors. Since January 1996, Chatka has served as an Advisor and President of the Board of Directors for Animal Care League, which focuses on animal welfare through shelter services and low-cost veterinary clinics. Simultaneously, Chatka has owned Ruggiero Properties since January 1971, managing a diverse portfolio that includes commercial and residential properties such as shopping centers and condos. Additionally, Chatka was the owner of the Arts Center of Oak Park from January 1989 to February 2023 and served on the Board of Directors for Community Bank of Oak Park-River Forest from January 1996 to March 2019. Educational credentials include attendance at Arizona College of Commerce and Grinnell College, along with completion of studies at Oak Park and River Forest High School.
