Amelia Andersen

Amelia Andersen is an experienced emergency veterinarian with a strong background in veterinary medicine. Currently serving at the Animal Emergency & Specialty Center since July 2019, Amelia previously held similar roles at Virginia Veterinary Centers from November 2016 to July 2019, and the Animal Specialty & Emergency Center (ASEC) from July 2015 to July 2019. Prior to these positions, Amelia worked as a veterinarian at Animal Specialty Group for one year. Amelia Andersen earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Minnesota between 2010 and 2014, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder, obtained from 2004 to 2008.
