Mark Thomson is an accomplished digital product design leader with extensive experience in driving innovation and customer-centric solutions. Currently serving as Head of Digital Product Design at Animal Friends Insurance since July 2022, Mark leads a dynamic team to enhance digital experiences and support business growth. Additionally, Mark has contributed as an Instructor at the Society for the Study of Swordsmanship since May 2011 and served as Web and Marketing Officer for the British Federation for Historical Swordplay since March 2013. Previous roles include Head of Design and Experience at streamGo, Head of Digital at Cool Blue Brand Communications, and Director at Iykaa.
