Bev Lutz, MCC, MBA, CPCC, is an accomplished coaching and consulting professional with extensive experience in executive coaching, organizational consulting, and higher education. As the founder and board member of the Center for Coaching in Organizations, established in 2020, Bev focuses on enhancing accessibility to coaching for under-resourced organizations. With a diverse background as the owner of The Lighthouse Group, The Legacy Center, and Two Heads are Better, Bev has successfully facilitated major organizational changes and training programs across various global regions. Additionally, Bev holds roles as adjunct faculty at Hamline University and the University of St. Thomas, where expertise in coaching and organizational leadership is shared.
