Michael Defina

Michael DeFina is a seasoned professional in communications and media relations, currently serving as the Communications and Media Relations Officer at the Animal Rescue League of Boston since January 2017. Previously, Michael worked as a News Writer/Reporter for Cape Cod Broadcasting Media from 2015 to 2019, crafting news stories and managing multimedia content. Michael also held positions as a Marketing and Communications Intern at Boston University Athletics, where significant marketing initiatives were implemented, and as a Sports Information Intern at Wheelock College, gaining experience in media relations and content creation. Michael's early career included reporting at KKCO.
