Katherine Woods

Katherine Woods is the owner and health coach at Out of the Woods Health Coaching LLC, where Katherine specializes in helping animal lovers and Veterinary Professionals manage stress and prevent burnout through an integrative approach to health and wellness. With a background as a Laboratory Technician at AnimalBiome and a Licensed Veterinary Technician at Elliott Bay Animal Hospital, Katherine's passion for animals led their to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Biology with an Ecology Emphasis from Boise State University and an Associate degree in Veterinary Technology from Cedar Valley College. Katherine is currently working towards an Integrative Health Practitioner Certification.
