Clare Dillon

Clare Dillon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and community engagement. Currently, Clare serves on the Board of Directors and as Executive Director for InnerSource Commons Foundation, while also being an InnerSource Researcher at the University of Galway and a member of the OSPO team at Lero. Clare co-founded the Open Ireland Network and provides leadership as Director at Animis Labs. Engagement in industry advisory roles includes participation in the Technology Ireland Innovation Forum and previous work with OSPO++. Formerly, Clare held key positions at Microsoft, where leadership involved guiding the Developer Experience and Evangelism Group, and at NearForm as Head of Strategic Partnerships. Academic qualifications include a B.A. in Maths and multiple diplomas related to education and coaching from Trinity College Dublin and Kingstown College.
