Kate Ritley

Kate Ritley is the Founder and CEO of Animosa, a company dedicated to creating gear for adventurous women, established in June 2016. Prior to Animosa, Kate held significant roles such as Head of Business Development at Arcimoto from 2012 to 2013 and served as Executive Director and Development Director at Cascadia Wildlands from 2005 to 2012. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business, a Professional Certificate in Athletic and Outdoor Industry Management from Portland State University, a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Oregon, and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Geology from Whitman College.
