Rooted in the psychological concept of “Animus”—the inner strength and decisive clarity within women—AGV empowers women not only to build companies, but also to understand capital, evaluate opportunities, and become confident participants in the global investment ecosystem.

AGV operates as a hybrid accelerator, fellowship, and leadership institute focused on developing future female investors.
Through intensive financial literacy programs, investment readiness training, startup due-diligence workshops, and cross-border leadership development, AGV equips women with the knowledge, analytical frameworks, and decision-making skills required to engage in capital markets and high-level investment conversations.
