Esti Brantz is a co-founder and currently serves as Head of Impact & Creative and COO at ANINA Culinary Art since June 2020. From 2017 to 2020, Esti Brantz was self-employed as an industrial designer while also contributing to the Municipality of Jerusalem in event scenery production and working as a graphic designer focusing on conceptual development at Simplesteps, a start-up centered on elementary education through digital media games and videos. Additionally, Esti Brantz held the role of Production Manager for the DIY stop-motion video series "מה עושים היום?" on the HOP! channel from 2018 to 2019. Esti Brantz served as Commander of Soldiers Clinic and Refugees Clinic in the Israel Defense Forces from October 2008 to October 2010. Esti Brantz earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in 2017.

We aim to increase the usage of ugly produce in the food industry. We utilize our unique fusion of innovative technology, expertise in design, and knowledge of culinary arts to create magical foods. Anina is reshaping the future of the food industry by merging art with unique technology through a culinary experience of meals from upcycled vegetables. The concept was made as part of studies at the Industrial Design department at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem, led by Liora Rosin
