Tom Brooker has over 8 years of experience in the digital marketing industry. Tom started their career in 2018 as a Paid Social Account Director at Neo@Ogilvy, where they were responsible for devising strategy, new business pitches, negotiating commercial and service level agreements, road maps, planning and executing cross channel integrated campaigns, developing and presenting QBRs and PCAs, managing a team, integrating new technology partners and leading internal process development. Tom then moved to Forward3D as a Paid Social Team Lead, where they worked across All Saints, 3M, Hilton, Virgin Holidays and Dunhill. Tom'smain responsibilities included devising strategy, negotiating commercial and service level agreements, road maps, planning and executing cross channel integrated campaigns, developing and presenting QBRs and PCAs, and helping manage a team. Tom then moved to Manning Gottlieb OMD as a Biddable Account Director, where they worked across Clinique, MAC, Origins, Tom Ford and Glam Glow. Tom'smain responsibilities included devising strategy, integrating advanced measurement frameworks, road maps, planning and executing cross channel integrated campaigns, developing and presenting QBRs and PCAs, helping manage a team, integrating new technology partners and leading joint business partner relationships with Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter. Tom then moved to The Gate London as a Biddable Account Director, where they worked across Chiltern Rail, Snap, Brewin Dolphin, Close Brothers and Canal River Trust. Tom'smain responsibilities included devising strategy, integrating advanced measurement frameworks, creating personalised data studio dashboards for automated reporting, process creation, planning and executing cross channel integrated campaigns, developing and presenting PCAs as well as helping manage a team, integrate new technology partners and creating and implementing floodlight tags and tracking pixels via GTM. Tom then moved to Zenith as a Paid Social Account Director, where they were the global account director for The Luxottica Group account, working across brands such as Ray Ban, Oakley, Sunglasses Hut, Vogue Eyewear, Persol and Arnette. Tom'smain responsibilities included on boarding the client to the global central hub alongside developing and implementing the global strategy and roadmap with both global and local teams. Tom then moved to iProspect as a Paid Social Specialist, where they worked across the William Hill and IKEA accounts. Tom'smain responsibilities included developing the paid social strategy and roadmap, leading media partner relationships, creating automated dashboard solutions for reporting, integrating advanced measurement solutions, process integration, planning and executing cross channel campaigns, managing a small team and presenting PCAs, Strategy Roadmaps and QBRs. Tom then moved to Fetch as a Paid Social Specialist, where they worked on the Apple account across the TV, Music and Arcade elements of the business. Tom'smain responsibilities included planning and executing campaigns across Snapchat, Twitter, VK and Facebook, developing reporting solutions, devising and implementing a new product launch strategy on the VK platform, creating multi market QBRs, process development and handling the day to day responsibilities on the account. Tom then moved to Fy! as a Paid Social Specialist, where they were responsibile for strategy, planning, hands on account management, partner relationships, process development, custom API integrations and automation solutions. Tom's most recent role was at COS, where they were the Performance Marketing Lead. Tom'smain responsibilities included leading paid social operations for the business globally whilst strategically overseeing SEM and managing holistic performance marketing strategies and channel development projects alongside aiding in team recruitment and development. Tom is currently the Head of Paid Social at ANINE BING, a position they have held since 2022.

Tom Brooker has studied at Buckinghamshire New University, Meopham School, and Mid Kent College. Tom obtained their GCSE's at Meopham School and an Advanced Diploma in Music Technology at Mid Kent College. In addition, they have obtained two additional certifications: The IPA Foundation Certificate from the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) in May 2015, and Advanced Programmatic Modules from GroupM in February 2015.
