Shafeeq Cole

Shafeeq Cole has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Information Technology. Shafeeq currently serves as an Information Technology Operations Manager at Anisa International, Inc., where they analyze business requirements, monitors IT systems and platforms, manages hardware and software, and oversees training and onboarding processes.

Prior to their current role, Shafeeq worked as a System Administrator Team Lead at EPM, where they restructured and improved the underperforming IT department. Shafeeq also worked as a Lead Desktop Support Analyst II at McKesson and as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at the State of Georgia.

Shafeeq gained experience as a Smart Hands Field Tech at mindSHIFT, a subsidiary of Ricoh USA, Inc., where they executed territory management procedures, maintained user accounts, and conducted hardware and software troubleshooting.
