Amber Jackson is an accomplished executive coach and CEO of Hype & Harvest, based in Pittsburgh and Los Angeles. With over 20 years of experience leading marketing and eCommerce teams for globally-recognized brands, they navigated complex industries and consistently achieved significant growth. As a pioneer in their career, being the first in their family to graduate college and enter corporate America, Amber has dedicated their recent work to empowering high-performing leaders. In 2023, they launched Hype & Harvest, focusing on leadership development and coaching, and currently also serves as an executive coach at AnitaB.org, mentoring Black and LatinX women in tech initiatives. Amber holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. from Carnegie Mellon University.
