Angela Tucci has over 25 years of experience in the software industry. Angela started their career at Apto, where they were the Chief Revenue Officer, before moving on to Rally, which was acquired by CA Technologies.

At Rally, Angela led a 300-person global sales team and was responsible for all bookings and revenue streams. Angela was promoted to the position of Chief Revenue Officer from Chief Marketing Officer, and they are credited with repositioning the company from a team level agile tools company to an enterprise and business agility solutions provider.

Under Angela's leadership, the company's revenue grew 41% per year. Angela also improved customer engagement by creating a new organization called the Revenue Organization, which aligned the entire company's priorities around three distinct market opportunities. In addition, they sponsored initiatives to move from ad hoc to repeatable and scalable sales and marketing strategies.

After their successful tenure at Rally, Angela became the Chief Executive Officer at Uplight, where they continued their track record of success. Angela was honored by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S., and they also led Uplight to be named the Top Software Company in Colorado by CoBiz Magazine and the Fast 50 by Denver Business Journal.
