Lea Ndi Britha Ateh

Lea Ndi Britha Ateh is a dedicated technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and project management. Currently serving as a TechWomen Fellow at TechWomen and an active member of the GHC Mentoring Circles Committee at AnitaB.org, Lea is committed to fostering mentorship and community engagement within the tech industry. As a Project Manager at Tenshnova, Lea drives innovative solutions while promoting gender equality in technology. Further experience includes co-founding a self-employed venture as a Software Engineer, managing a team as a Senior Software Engineer at PANESS Conseil, and completing pivotal engineering roles at Salesforce and IT-kamer. Lea holds degrees in Industrial Software Engineering from Landmark University and Geology/Earth Science from the University of Buea.
