Traci H.

Traci H. started their work experience in 2007 as a Point of Sales Coordinator at Cost Plus World Market. Traci then moved on to work as a Senior Keyholder at LUSH FRESH HANDMADE COSMETICS North America from 2008 to 2011. In 2012, they joined ZOOM+ as a ZoomCare Associate until 2015. After that, they worked at Ruby as a Receptionist Services Coach from 2016 to 2021. Currently, they are working at Anitian as a Customer Success Specialist since 2022 and will transition to the role of Associate Project Manager in 2023.

Traci H. attended Portland State University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, with a focus on General Studies and Humanities. In addition to their formal education, Traci has obtained two certifications, "Improving Employee Performance" and "Motivating and Engaging Employees," from LinkedIn in May 2019 and April 2019, respectively.
