Olga Rodrigues is an experienced professional currently serving as a Product Owner and Manager of the Client Engagement Team at ANIXE since October 2018. Prior to this role, Olga contributed to IBM from September 2014 to October 2018 in various capacities, including Service Manager for Resiliency Services, Service Delivery Manager, and Escalation Manager. Olga's career began as a Customer Service Representative, progressing to roles such as Major Incident Focal Point and Junior Service Coordinator. Olga pursued a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Uniwersytet SWPS from 2008 to 2016, although the degree was not completed.
