Yarden Cottrell

Yarden Cottrell is a Creative Arts Therapist with extensive experience in art therapy, currently employed at Anixter Center since July 2015. Prior to this role, Yarden worked as an Art Therapy Intern at Jewish Child & Family Services, providing art therapy to adolescent DCFS wards in group homes. Additional experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant at Chabad of Champaign-Urbana, and a Mashgicha at Chicago Rabbinical Council, specializing in Kashrut Supervision. Yarden's volunteer work includes contributions at I.D.E.A. Store and CREATE Arts Center, among others, focusing on assisting children in art projects and activities. Yarden holds a Master's degree in Art Therapy from Adler University and a Bachelor's degree in Jewish Studies and Psychology from the University of Maryland.
