Pankaj Kaushik has extensive experience in operations and sales management within the carpet and building products industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations and Key Accounts at ANJ Group since July 2017, Pankaj also holds the title of Director-North for Operations and Key Accounts on a pan-India scale. Prior experience includes roles as National Sales Head at Mohawk Carpets from August 2008 to June 2017, Director at Shaw Carpets (Alfa) from January 2006 to July 2008, and Regional Sales Head at Consolidated Carpet Industries Limited from February 2000 to January 2006. Pankaj began the career as Marketing Manager at Interarch Building Products Pvt Ltd from May 1993 to January 2000. Pankaj Kaushik holds an MBA in Marketing obtained part-time while working, along with qualifications in Biology from RSS College - CCC University and an intermediate degree from Modi Science and Commerce College.
