Bettina Okinyi

Bettina Okinyi is an Associate at ALN Kenya | Anjarwalla & Khanna since October 2022, currently serving as Legal Counsel on secondment to Lake Turkana Wind Power Limited, providing legal support in areas such as construction contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Previously, Bettina held various positions, including Head Coach for the University of Nairobi team in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and Tax Intern at Anjarwalla & Khanna | ALN. Additional experience includes roles as TCA Network Manager and Head of Legal Team at The Consulting Academy Nairobi, Legal Intern at the LSK Nairobi Branch, and Chairperson of the Student Association for Legal Aid and Research. Academically, Bettina holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nairobi, alongside a Certified Public Accountant qualification from the Star College of Management Studies.
