Nazaret Loyola

Nazaret Loyola is a legal and corporate affairs expert with extensive experience in investment, corporate transactions, and financial management. As Co-Founder and Chief Legal Officer at Anka SAFI since April 2019, Nazaret has played a key role in launching innovative financial solutions and achieving significant transaction volumes, including over USD 20 million in invoices. Prior to this, Nazaret served as a Partner at DS Casahierro Abogados, advising major national and international companies on complex corporate and transactional matters for over nine years. Earlier career roles included internships in the legal departments at Banco de Credito BCP and Claro Peru, where knowledge of guarantees and corporate legal frameworks was developed. Nazaret holds a law degree in Corporate Law from Universidad de Lima and a specialization in Corporate-Financial Law from Universidad ESAN.
