Johan Meurin

Johan Meurin has a strong background in finance and accounting. Johan began their career in 2002 at KPMG, where they worked as an Audit Senior until 2008. During this time, they gained experience in auditing and financial analysis.

In 2008, Meurin joined CGI (Financeurs Créatifs) as an Audit Senior. In this role, they focused on auditing foreign subsidiaries and overseeing their accounting and tax processes. Johan also played a key role in the consolidation of foreign subsidiaries within the group. Meurin worked on various cross-functional projects, including transfer pricing and group processes.

After their time at CGI, Meurin joined Flash Europe International in 2011 as the Head of Tax and Accounting. Johan managed tax and accounting functions within the company for a year before moving on to Ankama in 2012.

At Ankama, Meurin held multiple roles. Johan began as the Head of Tax and Accounting and held this position until 2016. During this time, they oversaw tax and accounting operations within the company. In 2016, Meurin transitioned to the role of Ankama Group CFO, where they currently serve. As the CFO, they are responsible for managing the company's financial strategy and operations.

From 1996 to 1998, Johan attended the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, where they obtained a DEUG degree in Economics and Management. Following this, they continued their education at the same university and completed a MSTCF degree in Accounting and Finance from 1998 to 2000. Johan then enrolled at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology again, this time pursuing a Maitrise degree in International Business Law, Commerce, and Tax Law, which they obtained from 2000 to 2001. Finally, Johan attended the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France for the academic year of 2001-2002, where they earned a DECSF degree in Accounting and Finance.
