Prior to this, Henning founded and worked as the Decarbonization Solutions Architect for container shipping at Dale Maritime GmbH. As a co-founder at Happyful Minds GmbH, Henning was instrumental in initiating positive change through KOPFSACHE Kokosnussöl, a natural, high-quality food company. With a background in various roles in the maritime industry, including key account director at martimeXchange and ship broker at Maersk Broker, Henning is well-versed in chartering and sales. Graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration, Henning has a solid foundation in finance.
