Bronson Graff has over 20 years of work experience in the field of architecture and design. Bronson worked as an Architectural Intern at Ralston Architects from December 1996 to July 1998. Bronson then joined Bora Architecture & Interiors as an Assistant Project Designer from October 1998 to March 2001. After that, they worked at Mahlum as a Project Designer from May 2001 to April 2003. Bronson then joined Ankrom Moisan as an Associate Principal and Lead Project Designer in April 2003. In 2009, they started their own venture, Seventhgear Autosport, which they later merged with another company in June 2014.

Bronson Graff obtained their high school diploma in Fine/Studio Arts from Dallastown Area High School. Bronson attended this school from 1986 to 1990. After completing their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Architecture at Portland State University from 1991 to 1998.
