Philip Antoon

Philip Antoon is a Senior Managing Director at Ankura since April 2024, specializing in valuations of companies, intangible assets, legal entities, and various financial instruments primarily in the U.S. Previously, Phil served as Chief Business Officer at Lunch Break in Red Bank, NJ, from June 2022 to June 2023. Phil's extensive experience includes roles as Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal from April 2012 to April 2022, Price Waterhouse Coopers from May 2010 to April 2012, and Kroll as Global Practice Leader for Valuation Services from January 2004 to May 2010. Phil has also held positions at Duff & Phelps, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, and Ernst & Young throughout a career that began after earning a BS in Finance from West Virginia University in 1989.
