Emily (Kelly) Konig has a diverse work experience. Emily started their career as a Research Intern at the Institute for Higher Education Policy from May 2016 to August 2016. Emily then worked as a Graduate Assistant at the QUEST Honors Program, Robert H. Smith School of Business from July 2015 to May 2017. Following that, they joined AnLar as a Research Analyst from May 2017 to February 2019. In this role, they co-authored research publications on various topics related to education using nationally representative datasets. Emily also played a key role in the implementation of a 5-year cluster randomized controlled trial of a literacy and personalized learning program in rural middle schools. Emily (Kelly) Konig was promoted to the position of Director of Operations and Culture at AnLar in February 2019, and they are currently serving in this role.

Emily (Kelly) Konig has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Iowa. Emily also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Higher Education from the University of Maryland. In addition, they have a certification in RYT 200 from the Yoga Alliance.
