Nuria Morgado

Nuria Morgado is a Professor of Hispanic Studies at The City University of New York (CUNY) and serves as the Director of The North American Academy of the Spanish Language (ANLE). Currently, they are pursuing degrees in Journalism and Hispanic Studies at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and the University of Arizona, respectively. Morgado has a rich academic background that includes roles as Associate and Assistant Professor at CUNY and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Arizona. They have edited and co-edited several books and have contributed numerous essays and reviews, demonstrating a strong focus on modern and contemporary Hispanic literature and cultural studies. Additionally, Morgado is actively involved with various academic committees and editorial boards, furthering their commitment to the field.
