Marcelo Ruybal

Marcelo Ruybal is a seasoned professional in the field of technology management with extensive experience as the founder of ITSAR.NET since 2014. In addition to this role, Marcelo serves as System Manager at ANMAT since November 2015. Previously, Marcelo held the position of Systems Manager at Guía de la Industria from November 1999 to February 2014, where responsibilities included managing the company's technological infrastructure, auditing service providers, and implementing new technologies.
