Michelle Willis

Michelle Willis is an experienced transportation professional currently serving as the Manager of Mobility Services at Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority (TheRide) since July 2019. Previously, Michelle held the position of Administrative Operations Supervisor at the Capital Area Transportation Authority (CATA) from October 2015 to July 2019, overseeing multiple paratransit service types. Prior to that role, Michelle worked as Operations/Safety Manager at MV Transportation from August 2007 to October 2015, where responsibilities included managing over 110 operators and dispatchers, ensuring operational efficiency, training, and maintaining service standards.
