Didem started her career at Dow Chemical and continued to grow in various multinational companies in different sectors. She gained more than 25 years of finance and accounting experience working both internationally and nationally. Throughout the years, Didem has demonstrated expertise in establishing subsidiaries of international companies such as Boston Scientific, Qiagen, and Ross Breeders; leading ERP system implementations such as EXACT, LOGO, and SAP; participating in due diligence stages or making the feasibility analysis for investments and ventures of multinational companies. Didem earned her BS in Economics degree in METU/Türkiye, and a master’s degree in accounting during her certification for her Turkish CPA degree.
