Jackie Hartman serves as the Deputy Chapter Director of Culture and Operations for the MN, ND, SD chapter of The Nature Conservancy since March 2023, focusing on enhancing belonging and prioritizing Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Justice. As Co-Founder and Executive Coach at Adelante Advisors since January 2020, Jackie guides individuals in discovering their unique paths. Jackie also chairs the board of directors at the Ann Bancroft Foundation, leading transformative changes during the pandemic. Previous experiences include serving as Global Data Management and Governance Lead and Global Business Relationship Executive at Cargill, where Jackie built a large international team and established strategic direction across multiple countries. Jackie has held various leadership roles at Jack Link's Protein Snacks and Target, significantly improving technology functions and implementing business intelligence strategies. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Iowa State University and completed coaching education at Presence-Based Coaching LLC.

The Ann Bancroft Foundation (ABF) is working to create a world in which every girl has a chance to live her dream and reach her full potential. To that end, ABF provides grants up to $500 to girls in Minnesota age 5 through high school graduation to pursue their dreams. Our mission is to inspire and encourage girls to imagine something bigger. We strive to build confidence and offer tools that will allow a girl to go after her dreams and feel supported along the way. Through grants, mentorship, and ongoing development opportunities, the Ann Bancroft Foundation is giving Minnesota girls strength to achieve their full potential.
