Jade Denson

Jade Denson currently serves as Director of Tech (Talent + Engagement) at Target, focusing on enhancing team member and partner experiences. Jade has held various leadership roles, including Senior Manager for Tech Talent Programs at Ann Bancroft Foundation and Vice President of Talent Initiatives at Minnesota Technology Association, where efforts concentrated on promoting diversity in tech within the Twin Cities. Additionally, Jade contributes to community engagement as a member of the Board of Directors for both Lunar Startups and the Ann Bancroft Foundation, and officiates youth basketball for the City of Saint Paul. Previous experiences include managing corporate partnerships at Genesys Works Twin Cities and serving as an Enrollment Associate with DIS - Study Abroad, showcasing a strong background in program development, community involvement, and educational support. Jade holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from Grinnell College.
