Jade Denson currently serves as Director of Tech (Talent + Engagement) at Target, focusing on enhancing team member and partner experiences. Jade has held various leadership roles, including Senior Manager for Tech Talent Programs at Ann Bancroft Foundation and Vice President of Talent Initiatives at Minnesota Technology Association, where efforts concentrated on promoting diversity in tech within the Twin Cities. Additionally, Jade contributes to community engagement as a member of the Board of Directors for both Lunar Startups and the Ann Bancroft Foundation, and officiates youth basketball for the City of Saint Paul. The Ann Bancroft Foundation (ABF) is working to create a world in which every girl has a chance to live her dream and reach her full potential. To that end, ABF provides grants up to $500 to girls in Minnesota age 5 through high school graduation to pursue their dreams. Our mission is to inspire and encourage girls to imagine something bigger. We strive to build confidence and offer tools that will allow a girl to go after her dreams and feel supported along the way. Through grants, mentorship, and ongoing development opportunities, the Ann Bancroft Foundation is giving Minnesota girls strength to achieve their full potential.
