Keith Steffan is a dedicated sales operations specialist at ANN SACKS Tile & Stone since March 2022, bringing valuable experience from previous roles at KB Home. There, Keith served as a customer service coordinator from March 2017 to May 2020, managing client inquiries and warranty claims while also conducting customer satisfaction surveys. Earlier at KB Home, Keith worked as a sales coordinator from May 2012 to April 2016, providing administrative support to senior management and processing payroll for over 40 sales counselors. Educationally, Keith holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Houston, obtained between 2006 and 2010.
