Erin Rouser Watson

Erin Rouser Watson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales operations and customer service, currently serving as a Sales Operations Support Specialist in the wireless department at C Spire since April 2008. Previous roles at C Spire include Code Blue Specialist, Assistant Market Manager, Customer Service Coordinator, Tech Pro, and Account Service Representative 1 & 2. Additionally, Erin is the owner of Crafty Fixation LLC, a small business focused on creating personalized wedding signs, door signs, t-shirts, cups, and gifts, established in August 2020. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with Social Studies Secondary Education licensure from The University of Southern Mississippi, completed between 2002 and 2006, and is an alumnus of Madison Central High School, graduating in 2002.
