Huong Dang, MIB, has extensive experience in sales operations and administration, currently serving as Project Coordinator at ANN SACKS Tile & Stone since March 2016. Huong has held various roles within the company, including Senior Sales Operations Specialist and Area Administrator for the Southwest, where responsibilities included overseeing administrative procedures across multiple showrooms, contributing to process restructuring, assisting sales associates, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Huong also trained new administrators and maintained high standards of audit compliance while fostering strong relationships with internal departments and vendors. Prior experience as a Library Assistant at Harris County Public Library rounded out a solid career foundation. Huong holds a Master in International Business from the University of St. Thomas (TX) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston-Downtown, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Lone Star College-CyFair.
