Dr Alice Haynes has a strong background in research and implementation in the field of child development and welfare. Dr Alice has held various roles ranging from family support to senior policy analysis. Currently, Dr Alice is the Head of Implementation and Service Evaluation at Anna Freud, where Dr Alice focuses on improving outcomes for young children through innovative approaches. Their previous experiences at organizations like A Better Start and the NSPCC have equipped their with the skills needed to tackle child abuse and neglect effectively. Dr Haynes' academic background includes a PhD in Sociology and Social Policy, an MA in Child and Family Research, and a BA in Politics.
