Dana Farmer

Dana Farmer is an experienced school counselor currently serving at Anna ISD since July 2023 and Melissa ISD since July 2022. Previously, Dana worked at Denton ISD as a counselor for 13 years, where sensitivity to cultural and linguistic needs was demonstrated through initial needs assessments and data collection. Additional experience includes roles as an Administrative Assistant at Spring Valley Construction Company and a Human Resources Assistant at Insurance of America, with responsibilities in payroll management and support for new hires. Dana holds a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Tarleton State University.
