Janel D'Agata-Lynch

Janel D'Agata-Lynch, MSW, currently serves as the Community Benefits and Relations Manager at Anna Jaques Hospital since July 2023 and holds a volunteer position as Secretary of the Board of Directors at Ruth's House, Inc. Janel has extensive experience in academia as an Adjunct Faculty at Northern Essex Community College since November 2015, teaching Sociology and Community Leadership while also coordinating civic engagement efforts. Additionally, Janel taught within the Master of Education in Community Engagement Program at Merrimack College in the summer of 2023. Previous roles include Program Manager at Catholic Charities of Kansas City-St. Joseph and various facilitation and teaching positions focusing on alcohol education and social work. Janel's educational background includes a B.A. in Sociology from the College of the Holy Cross and an MSW from Boston College.
