Anna Maria College - School of Business

The Anna Maria College Business School is run by Mr. Lloyd Hamm. Lloyd as the Founding Dean of the School of Business at Anna Maria College is responsible for the direct oversight of the academic and operational activities of the Business School. He is responsible for raising the profile of the School within the New England business community and to develop strategic business partnerships and opportunities for its students and graduates. Lloyd is also responsible for; · Establishing and implementing a complementary shared vision and strategy that promotes both the College & the School of Business' missions. · Fostering the development and enhancement of innovative programs at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and encouraging increased business research within the school. · Provide overall leadership to the School of Business and work effectively with a multidisciplinary faculty and staff, a diverse student body, the faculty and Dean’s in other academic departments, and both the private and public sectors. This entails building an organizational culture based upon collegial teamwork, respect and fostering an educational climate that promotes and celebrates diversity, academic achievement and a central focus on student success.
