Nikita Burlakov

Nikita Burlakov has a strong background in backend development, with experience in both senior and tech lead roles. They have worked at ANNA Money since 2021 as a Senior Backend Developer, focusing on compliance and transaction monitoring for a fintech startup. In this role, they implemented fraud-detecting algorithms, optimized sanctions screening algorithms, and worked on scaling the mobile app's performance.

Prior to this, Nikita had a long tenure at SKB Kontur from 2014 to 2020, starting as a junior backend engineer and progressing to a tech lead. Their responsibilities included working on the commercial infrastructure for driving company sales, such as CRM services, billing services, and legal documents exchange. They made significant contributions by reducing load on the elasticsearch cluster, implementing business rules to improve customer service, migrating data to a new CRM system seamlessly, and addressing concurrency problems. Additionally, they onboarded and mentored a team of seven engineers during their time at SKB Kontur.

Nikita Burlakov pursued their Master's degree in Software Engineering at Izhevsk State Technical University (ISTU) from 2009 to 2015.
