Jamilla Peeters

Jamilla Peeters has extensive experience in education and conservation, currently serving as a Thuisdocent at Stichting Orion since January 2022, providing home education for secondary school students unable to attend due to medical reasons. Jamilla also operates a personal business, Restauratieatelier Jamilla Peeters, where specialized restoration services for glass, ceramics, and related materials are offered. Previous roles include Notulist at Anna van Rijn College and various conservation-related internships, such as Conservator-restorer at the National Archaeological Museum in Athens and Archeologisch restaurator at the Palace of Nestor Excavations. Jamilla holds multiple degrees from the University of Amsterdam and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, focusing on conservation, restoration, and classical studies.
