Charlie Huckel's work experience includes:

- Annalect (2020-Present): Currently working as a Principal Engineer. Charlie is responsible for leading the development of various projects, including front-end JavaScript web component lit-based libraries and back-end python flask-based APIs. Charlie has also built the initial enterprise versions of several apps, including OmniCom's "Omni Assist" LLM/AI offering.

- Annalect (2012-2016): Worked as a Senior Technical Architect. Charlie played a key role in transitioning the company's app development from Windows/.NET to Linux/Python. Charlie mainly focused on building a self-service BI data visualization platform, including a query builder UI and multiple excel-like visualizations, as part of the Annalect Insights Platform (AIP).

- Merrill Lynch (2007-2010): Served as Vice President. Charlie'sresponsibilities included equity-based closing strategies, implementing new features and fixes in the C++ High Frequency trading platform, and creating an analysis and reporting system using R for production and simulation results. Charlie also led the development of the group's global, low-frequency trading engine platform in Java, including regression back-testing and training users.

- Morgan Stanley (2003-2007): Started as an Associate in the Enterprise Application Infrastructure team. Charlie provided solutions to scale one of GSF's largest client's grids to 4000 CPUs and acted as a point person for architectural discussions. Charlie also took responsibility for main components in GSF, using Java, C++, struts, xsl, SOAP, and XML.

- Morgan Stanley (Summer 2002): Worked as a Summer Analyst in the Institutional Equity Division.

Charlie Huckel attended Carnegie Mellon University from 1999 to 2003. During this time, they studied Computer Science, but did not earn a degree.
