Diana Marcela Serrano Rincón has a diverse work experience across multiple companies. Diana Marcela began their career as an Internship Trainee in the IT Project Department at Banco Davivienda in January 2016. Diana Marcela then worked as an Analyst in the Productive Vehicle Department from July to October 2016 before transitioning to the role of Data Analyst in the Customer Analytics Department from October 2016 to January 2018. From there, they became a Junior Data Scientist in the same department until May 2019, when they took on the role of Analytics Specialist in Strategic Alliances - RappiPay Davivienda until June 2019.
In 2019, Diana joined Annalect and worked as a Senior Data Scientist from June 2019 to March 2020. Diana Marcela then became the Analytics Head of Development from March 2020 to April 2021. Following this, they assumed the role of Marketing Analytics Director from May 2021 to August 2021.
In 2021, Diana joined Kinesso as a Senior Manager Marketing Sciences LatAm - US Support from August 2021 to April 2022.
Most recently, Diana returned to Annalect in April 2022 and is currently working as the Annalect Director - Marketing Advanced Analytics Director. In June 2023, they will transition to the role of Marketing Science Lead, LATAM.
Diana Marcela Serrano Rincón has a diverse educational background. Diana Marcela first pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Subsequently, they also completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing/Strategy at the same institution. Later on, they embarked on a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
