Elbert T. has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. In 2012, they worked as an Online Marketing Intern at ShoutAmp. Elbert then joined Mediakix in 2014 as a Marketing and Sales Coordinator, where they specialized in influencer marketing for gaming clients. Elbert extended the agency's services to the gaming industry, developed connections with gaming influencers, and managed successful campaigns that exceeded ROI goals. In 2017, they worked as a Takata Action Team - Marketing Communications Intern at Mazda North American Operations, and concurrently served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of California, Riverside. Elbert later joined The Garage Team Mazda in 2018 as a Digital Accounts and Integrated Delivery Coordinator. Elbert then moved on to Omnicom Media Group in 2020, where they served as a Client Services Project Manager for Planit. Currently, starting from 2022, Elbert holds the position of Senior Client Services Project Manager at Annalect.

Elbert T. completed their high school education at San Gabriel High School. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing at the University of California, Riverside from 2009 to 2014. In 2013, they had a study abroad experience at The University of Hong Kong, focusing on International Marketing. Elbert further advanced their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the University of California, Riverside between 2016 and 2018.
