Hari Palani

Hari Palani started their work experience in 2011 as a Data Modeller at Ross Stores, Inc. They then worked as an MBA Graduate at Queen's University from 2012 to 2013. After that, they became an Associate Manager in Customer Analytics at OLG from 2013 to 2014. Hari then worked as an Analytics Consultant at Aimia Inc from 2014 to 2015. They joined Shoppers Drug Mart in 2015 and served as a Data Scientist/Manager in Predictive Analytics till 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Hari worked at Points as a Lead Data Scientist in Predictive Analytics. Their current position is Senior Director and Head of Data Science at Annalect, which they have held since March 2019.

Hari Palani completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Queen's University from 2012 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in "Nonlinear Dynamics: Mathematical and Computational Approaches" from the Santa Fe Institute and "Solutions Architect – Professional" from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
