Kelvin Louie has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Kelvin started their career in 1992 as a Circulation Manager at Cruise & Vacation Views, where they worked closely with a fulfillment house and managed various distribution tasks. Kelvin then moved on to Faulkner & Gray, where they served as a Fulfillment Manager, overseeing both in-house and outside fulfillment systems for over 100 products.
In 1999, Kelvin joined the American Museum of Natural History as a Fulfillment Manager for Natural History Magazine, where they were responsible for planning and tracking invoicing and renewal efforts, managing outside collections and renewal telemarketing services, and handling customer service issues.
Kelvin then worked at Thomson Media as a Fulfillment Manager, managing day-to-day operations and quality control of the fulfillment house and in-house system, as well as leading projects to enhance service levels. Subsequently, they joined Institutional Investor as a Senior Fulfillment/Operations Manager, where they played a leading role in advancing fulfillment operations and improving reporting for various departments.
In 2014, Kelvin worked as a Consultant at Absolute Operations, providing data management services to organizations such as Harlem United and GMHC's Human Resources Department. Kelvin then joined OmnicomMediaGroup USA as an Investment Operations Manager, where they built a network of Excel files and a web-based application to aggregate digital video budget data and created reports for investment teams.
From 2021 to 2022, Kelvin worked at Known as an Operations Manager, where they built and managed a spend dashboard, supported the implementation and training of Mediaocean as the preferred platform, and provided help through shared mailboxes. Kelvin is currently working at Annalect as a Client Operations Manager.
Kelvin Louie completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications + Spanish Literature from Fordham University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Following this, they pursued further education at Pace University, where they obtained a Masters degree in Publishing from 2007 to 2009.
