Konstantin Soloshenko has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of media and advertising. Konstantin is currently serving as the Head of Data Clean Room Development at Annalect, where they focus on delivering impactful business results through integrating technical work and optimizing marketing activities. Prior to this, Konstantin worked at OMD Australia as the Programmatic Director, where they led a team of digital campaign specialists and oversaw programmatic, data, measurement, and ad tech projects for Telstra. Konstantin also worked at ZenithOptimedia as the Director of Newcast, leading a team of professionals and establishing it as one of Ukraine's biggest digital and strategic partnership agencies. Earlier in their career, Konstantin held positions at Universal McCann, where they served as the Media Director and TV Buying Director, managing teams and achieving significant business wins. Konstantin started their career at Initiative as a Junior TV buyer and progressed to become a TV Buying Group Head. Throughout their career, Konstantin has demonstrated strong leadership, technical expertise, and strategic direction, contributing to important steps changes and growth in various organizations.

Konstantin Soloshenko pursued their education in various fields. In 1993, they attended Lyceum "Naukova Zmina" until 1995. Subsequently, from 1995 to 2000, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations from Kiev Slavonic University. Konstantin furthered their studies at the Institute of International Relations of Kiev Taras Shevchenko University, where they earned a Master of Science in International Economic Relations from 2000 to 2002.

Later, in 2008 and 2009, Konstantin pursued an Executive MBA at Kyiv Mohyla Business School (kmbs).

Additionally, Konstantin Soloshenko has acquired a variety of certifications. These include the "AdWords Specialist" certification from Google in September 2012. More recently, they obtained certifications such as "Professional Scrum Product Owner I" and "Professional Scrum Master I" from Scrum.org in March 2022. Furthermore, in April 2022, they achieved certifications from Google in "Campaign Manager," "Display & Video 360," "Google Analytics," and "Search Ads 360." Moreover, they acquired certifications from Tealium, including "AudienceStream - Advanced - eLearning" in August 2022, and "AudienceStream - Practical" and "EventStream - Basic - Exam" in September 2022. Additionally, in June 2020, Konstantin obtained the "Datorama Admin | Champion" certification from Datorama, a Salesforce Company.
