Megan Oots has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Megan currently holds the position of Media Operations Manager at Annalect, a role they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Marketing Intelligence Manager at the same company from January to April 2023.

From 2019 to 2021, Megan worked at OMD Worldwide as a Manager of Platform Solutions. During this time, they managed and oversaw various platform solutions projects.

Before joining OMD Worldwide, Megan worked at Amnet Programmatic Experts for Dentsu Aegis Network as an Associate specializing in programmatic reporting. Megan was responsible for pulling pacing reports, analyzing campaign performance, and building campaign shells across multiple accounts.

Before moving into the digital marketing field, Megan gained experience in operations and administration. Megan worked as an Operations Specialist at The Abraaj Group in 2017 and as an Executive Administrator at Evercore from 2016 to 2017. Megan also had a seasonal role as a Recruiting Assistant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in 2015 and briefly worked as an Office Manager at JDS Development Group from February to August 2015.

Megan Oots has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Theatre from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In 2019, they also obtained a Data Analytics Certificate in Data Analytics from General Assembly. In terms of additional certifications, Megan has obtained several, including being certified in Omni Foundations from Annalect in August 2022 and Sensory Awareness Leadership from The Sensory Awareness Leadership Guild in August 2022. Megan also received certifications in From Excel to Tableau, Salesforce Essential Training, The Trade Desk Edge Academy Certified: Marketing Foundations, and Learning Data Analytics. Lastly, Megan holds a NYC Food Protection Certification obtained in July 2014 from the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
