Steve Tobengauz

Steve is the global COO of Annalect and provides business operations leadership to Annalect’s world-wide staff; including functional oversight of Finance, Project Management, Human Resources and India Operations. With various distinct business models and P&Ls encompassing Annalect’s marketing solutions; Steve has direct financial responsibility over Analytic Services, Data and Ad Technology groups.

Prior to his role at Annalect, Steve was the CFO of The Grow Network/McGraw-Hill where he led the financial investment and go-to-market strategy of first-mover digital products in the education publishing space. While at McGraw-Hill, Steve held various senior financial positions including Group VP Finance & Compliance where he led implementation of internal controls (SOX), Lean Six-Sigma initiatives and M&A.

Steve is a Certified Public Accountant with a master’s degree in finance from Seton Hall University.
